COMMENTS: - Pest control program in place - Handsinks adequately supplied - Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius - Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius NOTE: once facility resumes operation ensure the following items are completed: - Final clean and sanitize - Remove items not necessary for business - Ensure hand sinks are adequately supplied - Have dishwasher and sanitizer dispensing units serviced by professional - Ensure adequate supply of chemical sanitizer in area - Thermometers are to be supplied to each cooler unit - Any food items found to be outside of best before dates are to be destroyed - Have area serviced by Pest Technician - ensure adequate supply of traps, have doors sealed to ensure no pest entry into area if doors are not already tight fitting
