Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATs spray bottle at the back kitchen measured at 0ppm. Operator informed it was not filled since 2 days ago. Front QUAT bucket measured at 0ppm with not wiping cloth submerged in the bucket.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare QUAT sanitizer bucket and spray bottle for the front and back kitchen area to measure at 200ppm. Ensure that QUATs sanitizer is readily available in the front and back kitchen area to measure at 200ppm.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front handwashing sink lack paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwashing sink are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels to facilitate proper hand washing of staff.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Back handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Prep cooler, stand-up cooler, and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Meat undergo secondary cook step prior to hot holding.
3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm.

Staff on-site presented interaction with pest control. Pest control indicated to incorporate integrated pest management control and to maintain sanitation of premises. Pest control company is not warranted at this time if daily sanitization is maintained as per Pest Control Company. Email inspector of interation with pest control by December 10, 2022.
