Observation: Two upright coolers in the back area were not working (ambient temperature measured 8C and 15C respectively). Technician was already on site for repairs (estimated repair date: 15 September 2017)
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods all moved to working coolers. Call your area inspector when the coolers have been fixed.
