304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Rodent droppings observed in the following areas:
1) Undercounter storage area by the walk in cooler
2) Behind and beside the employee locker storage area and in the employee office
3) Behind one of the upright freezers
Corrective Action(s): Droppings were removed at time of inspection. You must:
1) sanitize all affected areas with 1000 ppm bleach
2) Discard any containers that have droppings on them
3) Maintain pest control visits weekly for one month (send copy of reports to your district EHO). If the pest control operator notes that there are no further concerns, your visits can be reduced to biweekly
4) Maintain a daily cleaning schedule so that food/debris does not accumulate and provide a source of food for rodents.

Corrective Action(s): Staff must remove all rodent droppings and sanitize the areas with 1000 ppm bleach. Staff must maintain a daily cleaning schedule and clean up any spills/food debris immediately.

Observation: There is a leak under the handwash sink in the corner. Pipe has large leak whenever tap is turned on.

Routine inspection conducted:
**Pest issues noted above need to be addressed immediately** Pest control operator came on site during inspection and indicated that all entry points had been already closed and sealed during their previous inspection on June 30th (report provided). PCO provided a new report for today indicating that all droppings present were old and needed to be cleaned/removed.

All handsinks have liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
All temperatures satisfactory:

Hot Holding units for bacon and other meats at 60 deg C or greater
