Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash sink (near the walk-in/chicken cooler) is blocked by boxes, which stored on two containers from soft beverages.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Remove all boxes, which block the handwash sink. Handwash sinks must be available all the time.

- Handwash stations supplied with liquid hand soap, single use paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers at or below 4 deg Celsius.
- 3-compartment sink used for manual warewashing and satisfactory (pins - available; a cleaning agent and sanitizer in the wall mounted dispensers).
- QUAT sanitizer at 3-compartment sink dispenser at 200 ppm.
- QUAT sanitizer (in spray bottles) at 200 ppm.
- Test strips are available.
- General food storage practices is good.
Food items covered and protected from contamination.
