Washrooms (Public and Staff) well supplied with soap and paper towel in dispensers and is clean and well maintained. All food areas generally clean. No signs of pests. Sandwich display cooler surface temp <4C. Operator has thermometers and keeps adequate disinfectant cleaner for coffee machines on order. Surface cleaner/sanitizer >600ppm Quat. Operator aware that for food surfaces, 200ppm is required. Stir sticks in self serve tray. Recommend to put in upright container to prevent customer from grabbing business end and contaminate.
