Ensure a degreasing floor cleaner is used routinely when mopping

Date dots missing at cheese pastries - put in place at time of inspection. All other items requiring date dots were observed with the appropriate sticker at time of inspection
General cleaning/wiping down required throughout facility at common surfaces - however, it was noted that the facility was very busy at time of inspection and staff were making attempts to clean as well.
One hand sink required paper towel at time of inspection - manager identified issue and corrected prior to being discussed with inspector

All other hand washing sinks equipped
All temperatures meet health requirements
Dishwasher tested at 50ppm Cl
Several sanitizer buckets tested at 100ppm Cl
Quats sanitizer at 200ppm
Dish storage area relatively maintained - no items on grease trap, thank you
