-Follow-up inspection to February 17, 2021.
-Bleach sanitizer pails were at 200ppm.
-Foods were properly stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-Did not observe any dented canned items in the dry storage area.
-Did not observe any foods thawing at room temperature at the time of inspection.
-Light fixture cover has been replaced in the kitchen.
-Front display cooler was being refilled with refrigeration gas at the time of inspection. Ensure cooler is able to maintain 4C or less at all times.
