Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. QUATs sanitizer buckets at 200ppm. QUATs plus towels are put in water which dilutes to 200ppm QUATs no dispenser needed. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. 3rd compartment sink measured at 200pm chlorine. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 76.5C final rinse temperature. Stand-up coolers and undercounter cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer and chest freezer measured at -18C or lower. Burger hot-holding unit measured at 75C. Chafing dishes was not on at the time of inspection as inspection was conducted nearing the end of lunch. Temperature logs are well maintained. Ice machine in sanitary condition. Exhaust hood satisfactory. Food stored at least 6 inches off the floor. No signs of pests observed. Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
