Dishwasher chemical run out of chlorine at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Operator replaced with a new bottle of chlorine, operator need to monitor chlorine level of the chemical bottle and test chlorine concentration at the plate surface. This can prevent pathogen growth at the plate surface.
