Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Single use containers were found being stored improperly and not in sanitary manner; operator/staff reminded to keep all single use containers properly stored in sanitary manner (eg. in orignal bag and on tray, etc); Also, staff drink found on food contact surface counter and this is unsanitary
Corrective Action(s): * Keep all single use containers in sanitary manner(eg. in original bag and on tray) while in storage areas; also, keep all staff personal items, including drinks/cell phone in separate area away from food/food equipment storage

Observation: * Some build up of grime/debris found through out kitchen areas including floors under food equipment/shelving and food equipment shelving/legs/wheels too; also, racks to be cleaned more frequently to remove build up of grime/debris
Corrective Action(s): * Thoroughly clean/sanitize all areas of kitchen including food equipment shelving, floors, and ceiling tiles around vents too; these areas must be properly cleaned/sanitized more frequently

Observation: * Dishwasher final rinse was 68'C - 70.9'C and not consistent; operator to repair this immediately and ensure dishwasher maintains proper final rinse temperature of 74'C/165'F or hotter internally(optimum)
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure final rinse cycle temperature maintained at 74'C/165'F(optimum) or hotter internally; adjust as needed via servicing
