General:
Handsink: soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water available
Hot holding units were turned on and ready to receive food from Queens Park
Hot food arrived via cambros and temperatures of food were probed and measured to be 69 to 75C
Probe thermometer and alcohol swabs available to determine food temperature
Temperature logs: not all entries are complete
*Please remind staff to check and record all temperatures upon food arrival
Two door cooler: 2C
Two door freezer: -16C
Walk-in cooler: 3C

Dishwasher (high temp): 74.9C at plate, see thermo-label

No apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection

*Note: leak from hot water dispenser is due to pressure valve, staff onsite informed that repair is underway. Please have this done asap to prevent water pooling.
