Observation: The kitchen handwashing station was obstructed at the time of inspection by a deep-fryer cover (the cover stored on the top of the sink).
Hot water unavailable at the front handwashing station (Note: Cold water is available/and supplied with liquid soap and paper towel).
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. All handwashing station must be available all the time. Do not block/obstruct handwashing station.

Observation: Mice droppings found in the back area (behind chest freezers) & the dry storage/utility room (around the heating tank and behind the door/under utility box). One mouse present on a sticky trap between wall and side of the chest freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all mice droppings (prior to cleaning - sprayed with Bleach 1 capful/gallon of water). Notify a pest service provider about the issue (Note: An invoice from the pest provider has to be available at the time of a follow up inspection). Remove mouse from the store.

Observation: The hot water knob at the kitchen handwashing station found to be broken at the time of inspection.
