- Use scoops with handles and ensure that handles does not come in contact with the food

Observation: Pest droppings are found throughout premises, behind heavy equipment and back area shelving units
Corrective Action(s): - Remove all droppings
- Clean the area with soap and water and sanitize using 100ppm bleach solution
- Email the pest control reports to health inspector

Observation: - Poor sanitation observed in the following areas:
- Near the handsink, behind dough mixer
- Behind cookline and behind freezers
-In the back storage area, droppins are found everywhere, behind stored food on shelving units
- Upright freezer has food debris accumulated
Corrective Action(s): - Clean and maintain sanitation at the above mentioned areas
