-Premise is sanitary. No signs of pest at the time of inspection.
-Storage of food, equipment and inventory is sanitary. Products are stored off the floor on pallets - good.
-Beer kettles are washed and sanitized after production.
-New lights installed. The lights are shatter proof.
-Hot and cold water available for cleaning.
-Hand sink in use with liquid soap, paper towels and running hot and cold water.
-3 compartment sink in use with sanitizer for tools and utensils. 300 ppm quat detected.
-Exterior of kegs are sanitized with strong bleach solution weekly.
