Generally well maintained & operated. Sanitation is good. Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. Hot-holding measures > 60 C.
Spray sanitizers measure 200 ppm Cl. Dishwasher final rinse residual measures 50 ppm Cl. Glass washer final rinse residual measures 12.5 ppm Iodine. Hot water is available at all hand sinks.
