Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff was observed washing dishes at time of visit. When asked staff indicated after soaking in sanitizer, rinsing dishwasre will be done before air drying.
Corrective Action(s): Follow proper dishwshing procedures:
1. Wash in soapy water
2. Rinse in clean water
3. Soak in sanitizer for 2 minutes
4. Air dry
*Do not rinse after sanitizing.
