A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CCAV78 and the following observations were made - Sanitizer pails were stocked with 50 ppm QUATs at the time of inspection - Food items stored at least 6 inches from floor level - Walk in cooler and freezer kept in a clean and sanitary manner - Ventilation hood kept in a clean and sanitary manner - Areas between fryer and grill kept in a clean and sanitary manner - Stove faucet no longer leaking - Staff onsite FoodSafe level 1 certified - All violations addressed NOTE: Ensure to monitor chemical levels for the chemical dishwasher on a daily basis
