Observation: Bags with produce stored on the floor at the time of inspection (the back storage area).
Corrective Action(s): Provide pallets for bulks. All food must be stored 6" above the floor (for proper cleaning and pest service).

Observation: Mice droppings found under pallets and on the firs level of heavy duty storage shelves.
Noted mice present on a sticky taps in boxes (the customer area).
Corrective Action(s): A pest provider must be notified (The invoice indicated that last service has been provided on Sep.20, 2019.)
Clean and sanitize floor and shelves.

Comments

General sanitation is satisfactory; however, some areas must be cleaned and sanitized from mice droppings (see violation sections).
Coolers (display, beverage, upright, walk in) < or = 4 C.
Freezers (upright, walk in) - satisfactory (food is frozen).
The sink available for manual dishwashing of utensils (i.e. knives, cutting boards, scoops) and bulk bins.
Bleach sanitizer - available.
Bulk food items are dispensed through a gravity dispenser or using scoops. Ensure that the scoop handles do not touch the food items.
Random food items (i.e. dairy products, eggs) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and signs of deterioration.
Staff washrooms - satisfactory. (Note: Paper towel rolls have to be in dispensers.)

Note: Regular pest inspection conducted on a monthly basis.
