ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Proper cooling techniques practiced at facility - all potentially hazardous food items cooked May 12 observed to be at internal temperatures of less than 4 degrees Celsius. Facility using ice baths to cool
- Paneer from previous inspection was added to cooler on ice (relocated from malfunctioning storage cooler)
- Rodent droppings cleaned from facility
- Ambient air temperature of walk -in cooler observed to be at 1 degree Celsius

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED:
- Back stand up cooler in storage room 4 was at temperatures of 10-11 degrees Celsius
- Clean out buckets of utensils
- Ice wand to be purchased
