206 - Hot potentially hazardous food stored/displayed below 60 °C. [s. 14(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A pot of soup was stored on top of the stove unattended. Stove was turned off at the time and internal temperature for the soup measured at 45C. Staff stated the soup was for children who want a second bowl. Corrective Action(s): Do not leave soup unattended at temperature danger zone. Soup must be hot held at 60C or above. Discard the aforementioned pot of soup. Violation Score: 5 301 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher trays were stored on top of the garbage can in the kitchen. Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the dishwasher tray by running them through the dishwasher. Do not store the tray on top of the garbage can. Violation Score: 5
