- Premises is Chinese herb/ dry food store. Repackaging is done on site. - Handsink is fully equipped. - Freezer at -23C. - 2 compartment sinks are available and drain plugs available for manual dishwashing. - Bleach sanitizer available in a bucket - measured at 200ppm. - Food storage compartments/ packages in sanitary condition. - Ensure to have food items covered/ protected from contamination - Fish Maw hanging up on the wall has to be properly packaged. - Self-serve tong handles to not directly touch the foods. - No basement storage locker as per the staff on duty. Staff stated that invoices are kept by the Richmond Headquarter. Manager to forward the inspector with copies of invoices. Ensure to have monthly pest control program in place from a professional pest control company. Inquire to the mall strata pest control OR you can hire a different third party pest control company.
