General observations
- Handsinks equipped with liquid soap and hot and cold running water
- High temperature dishwasher final rinse temperature reached 76C
- Bleach surface sanitizer available
- Three compartment sink for manual dishwashing available
- Ventilation hood recently serviced and observed to be in sanitary condition
- All coolers (standing, beverage, prep (top and bottom)) in the kitchen and back room measured to be 4C or less
- All chest freezers measured to be -18C or less
- Rice hot holding measured to be above 60C
- Owner presented a valid and current copy of the FOODSAFE Level I certificate
- Permit located in visible condition
- No pest activity observed

Note:
1. Ensure that temperature checks are done twice per day for all refrigeration units
2. Ensure that the bleach concentration remains between 100 to 200ppm for food contact surfaces (Approximately 0.5 teaspoon per 1L of water)
