Cleaning required at top of dishwasher
When temperature logs are completed, be sure to show "Corrective Action" when temperature of fridge is >40F. Ex. Was at 45F at 2:30, wait 30 minutes and recheck fridge. Note on log what action was needed to be taken (i.e. if dropped back to 40F or below, then note temperature on log. If cooler does not drop back below 40F within 30 minutes, then consider removing all food items and calling for service).
