Comments

Follow-up inspection to RPT#: JMAA-B6ASKG conducted earlier today (Nov 7, 2018).

1. Hot-Holder
- Technician arrived on-site and was repairing the hot-holder at time of inspection
- As suspected, the heating elements for two of the shelves (upper and middle) on the left side of the hot-holder were not working. Furthermore, one of the connectors for the heating units was mis-configured
- After servicing, top two shelves were approximately 81C. However, bottom shelf was only at 135F / 57C and is fluctuating. Do not use the hot-holder until a follow-up inspection has been conducted in the morning time to confirm that all areas of the hot-holder reach an ambient temperature of 60C or greater.

2. Ice / Creamers
Manager and assistant manager aware of the requirement for logging / monitoring the ice bath until a dispenser arrives from corporate.
