209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bags of product (e.g. lentils) are stored directly on top of food in bulk bins. Corrective Action(s): Do not store bags of food directly on top of bulk food in container. Ensure that the food item is taken out of bag and then placed in bulk food bin. Violation Score: 3 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: Several light fixtures in the kitchen area still lack covers for light bulbs. Operator informed that he has tried finding the covers and will now look for the sleeves for light bulbs. If he cannot find the sleeves, then the light fixtures will be changed entirely. . Corrective Action(s): Ensure all light bulbs have a shatter proof cover on them. To be corrected by July 25, 2016. Violation Score: 3

- Cleaning of exhaust fan grate in kitchen and fan cover in 2-door cooler has been done. - General sanitation of kitchen satisfactory at time of inspection. - All hand washing stations fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Reviewed pest control report from July 19, 2016 - all satisfactory.
