-Temp of display cooler ( raw meat products) is now <4 oC -you may start using it -Display cooler for cold cuts : top part is still elevated 11 oC to 16 oC , bottom part is <4 oC , bottom part can be used only. Discussed the rest of deficiencies: they are being addressed Reminder: ensure to remove all poison boxes (black bait) from the facility. Please send an action plan re: addressing all noted issues ( for both file, store and bakery/take out) before the follow up inspection to the attention of the area inspector via email.
