- Hand washing sink is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- No hot holding at time of inspection
- Probe thermometer available on site for internal food temperature checks

- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 200 to 400 ppm (from dispenser located at three compartment sink and in labeled spray bottles at kiosk). Three sink plugs available.
