Paper based inspection Report F00244230: Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. Sanitizer (chlorine) measured 100 ppm - wiping cloths. Sanitizer (H2O2) measured 3500 ppm - spray bottles. Freezers were at -15 to -18 deg C. Coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Hot holding for meat patties, chicken, egg was at or below 60 deg C. Food Safety monitoring log available and up to date. Food and food-related items stored off the floor. Walk-in cooler was at 1-3 deg C; walk-in freezer was below -18 deg C. Pest control in place. No signs of pests. General sanitation was satisfactory.
