On the inspection date of April 27, 2023 there were 20 children and 5 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. Actions required by the licensee include no further action required and actions required the LO include no further action required. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. This inspection report was completed on site, reviewed with the manager and a printed copy left at the facility on the same day.

Supervision practices on the outdoor play equipment reviewed and observed
