- Two outstanding items from the past inspection report:
- The operator must have FoodSafe Level 1 . Further enforcement will take place if this requirement is not met, as per Fraser Health's progressive enforcement policy.
- The additional bar sink is being installed. Sink basin is currently in place .
All coolers were < 4 Degrees Celsius , freezers were < -18 Degrees Celsius .
Hand skinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels .
The glass washer had 12.5 ppm Iodine, the dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine .
No evidence of pests, traps in place .
General sanitation was satisfactory
Discussed menu changes with the owner .
