Comments

Follow up conducted in response to the ongoing rodent issues in the facility noted during last routine and 2x follow up inspections.

Findings:
- Facility still has ongoing pest issues. Some improvement has been noted in terms of cleaning frequency and rodent activity in bakery area and Aisle 8 & 9 as compared to last follow up inspection.
- New person incharge has taken over and has been working to address the rodent issues.
- Person Incharge stated that aisles are cleaned 3 times a week and some gaps/holes have been sealed.
- Some bottom shelves were left empty to reduce rodent activity.
- New pest control company was contracted this month and it conducts checks every week. Recent pest control reports were verified which indicates mice catches on every visit.

Please note that your immediate attention is required on this matter. CORRECTION ORDER issued on 02-09-2023 will remain in effect.

As discussed today,a follow up inspection will be conducted after one week. Failure to take appropriate corrective action to address rodent issues in the facility may result in issuance of CLOSURE ORDER.
