Organization in kitchen area has greatly improved, all dry goods are stored off the floor. Operator has discussed that some items may be removed from the kitchen area going forward but she is still in the process of determining what items/utensils/equipment are needed as the facility has only opened for four months. All coolers and freezers now have working thermometers inside them. Paper towels available at the handsink sitting on the sink basin beside the faucet handles. **Discussed with operator that by next inspection, there will need to be a designated space for the paper towels such that it is stationary and secure and easily accessible.
