Observation: Single use tofu containers being used to store raw meat. As per the operator, containers are washed/sanitized between each use. Containers were removed at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Do not reuse single use tofu containers to store food, as these are meant to be used one time only.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in dishwashing sink and for disinfection of food prep surfaces.
- Foods obtained from approved sources.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place.

Major improvement observed with regards to facility's sanitation level. Good work! Ensure to keep the facility organized/sanitary (especially back storage room/front servery) at all times as discussed at this time.

NOTE: Garbage bag has been taped on ceiling- between servery/kitchen. Discussed about having it replaced to a proper curtain made of non-observant/easily cleanable materials.
