Operator stated that cooler had recently been opened while prepping for the day and it can take some time to cool back down due to its old age. All cold potentially hazardous foods had been moved to other cooler during inspection. Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace cooler. Operator stated that walk-in cooler will be replaced in a couple of months, once operator expands business. Violation Score: 5
