Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Various desserts/baked items in the display cooler were at 10 deg C. Staff indicated foods had just been placed there less than 2 hours prior.
Corrective Action(s): Move all foods to your walk in cooler. As discussed, foods that are left out for more than 2 hours and are greater than 4 deg C, must be discarded (unless they are being time tracked/recorded).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Permit not posted at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Operator found permit and placed it on shelf in the front display area. Ensure permit is always posted for the public to see.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Various trays of desserts on top of the display cases were not covered with any lids (cake pops, etc).
Corrective Action(s): All foods on top of the display cases (including the samples) must be covered and protected from contamination. Staff placed covers back on.

-High temp dishwasher achieved 77.1 deg C on rinse cycle at the plate level
-Surface sanitizer spray @ 200 ppm Quats
-2 Comp sink has plugs
-Washroom in sanitary condition and stocked with liquid soap, paper towels
-General sanitation is satisfactory
-No signs of pests at time of inspection
-FoodSafe Certified staff is on site
