Observation: -During time of inspection, not all handwashing stations had paper towels
- Operator informed paper towels will be placed at handwashing stations this afternoon

- Equip all handwashing stations with requirements immediately

Observation: During time of inspection, one mouse (dead) was found in tin cat located close to back of facility by display freezers
Note: 2 tin cats checked during time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure to provide Environmental Health Officer with PCO (pest control operator) reports
- Ensure to survey facility and block any holes >1/4" / all potential entry points
- Ensure to consistently maintain facility and keep in sanitary condition
- Ensure to keep all doors closed

Observation: During time of inspection, various grains/ dry goods spillage was apparent throughout facility
1) Spillage found underneath and between shelving throughout facility
2) In dry goods/ bulk foods storage room
4) Bulk foods dispensing stations
3) Walk-in cooler in need of cleaning where vegetables are stored
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the above mentioned are thoroughly cleaned, all debris removed, continue to maintain on daily basis
