Observation: Additional pest proofing measures have been identified by pest control service in upper dry storage area: spray foam insulation to be removed and replaced with metal flashing / steel wool

Observation: Strorage room : Walk-in cooler - metal wire shelving under cooler compressor has traces of white mold growing in corners of shelving.
Seating area: Centre trash can station - mouse droppings on floor in corners inside trash can housing.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.

Note: Discussed customer complaint received regarding customer visit on January 19, 2020 approximately 7:00 am. Customer observed a mouse in the seating area moving in and out of centre garbage station. Manager is already aware of the complaint. No other related complaints received. Premise exterior doors have been recently replaced and close tighter to help exclude pest entry.
Maintaining a high level of premise sanitation and therefore removing potential food attractants will minimize pest activity.
