Note: Discussed customer complaint received regarding customer visit on January 19, 2020 approximately 7:00 am. Customer observed a mouse in the seating area moving in and out of centre garbage station. Manager is already aware of the complaint. No other related complaints received. Premise exterior doors have been recently replaced and close tighter to help exclude pest entry.
Maintaining a high level of premise sanitation and therefore removing potential food attractants will minimize pest activity. |
