Observation: Two old thermometers were checked at time of inspection - the one in the prep cooler was off by over 3C, while one in the walk in cooler was off by 2C
Corrective Action(s): Discarded at time of inspection.
Purchase some new thermometers, and have spares to use as needed.

**Adjust so the bottom is around 1-3C, and the top (if used properly) will maintain a food temperature of 4C
Walk in cooler was checked at 6C
**See above note regarding thermometers.
Bleach sanitizer hadn't been changed over at an adequate frequency - 0ppm detected
**Sanitizer must be changed out once the solution becomes visibly used, after each rush or production period, and at the start of each work day.
Note: garbage bags are not suitable as a food contact surface. They are often treated with chemicals to suppress odour, and are not made of food grade plastic.
