A routine inspection was completed: - Coolers 0C; freezer -23C; and thermometers present. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottle had strength of 50ppm, this is too low. Staff indicated that it was 5 days old. During the inspection, staff mixed up a new sanitizer solution and strength was 200ppm. Only use the sanitizer solution for 2-3 days, then throw away and mix up a new solution. - No expired food for sale or in use. FIFO rules being followed. - All foods stored in 6" off the floor and non-foods stored separately from food items. - Percolated coffee and powdered hot drinks being made and sold in disposable cups. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - All in order.
