Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. No sign of recent pest activity noted in the kitchen at this time. Cooler temperature measured at 4C. Freezer temperature measured at -18C. 2 compartment sink available. Domestic dishwasher used at the end of the day. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm chlorine as per a test strip. Checked few random items for best before dates. No issues at this time. Reviewed cooking and cooling procedure. Please contact your district health inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
