A wall has been erected between the customer area and kitchen. The back of the wall is exposed raw plywood and is located immediately above refrigerated make tables. Cover the entire surface with a material that is smooth, washable and impervious to moisture. Outstanding items from the previous inspection: replace missing floor tiles under pizza make table. Provide a tap that can reach all three compartments. Operator states that there are plans to install a new floor in the kitchen and tile the back of the new wall within the month. Make sure the temperature log is labelled with month.
