Observation:
There is no running hot water exiting any faucets. Staff are unable to properly wash and sanitize utensils and cookware. This will allow pathogens to survive on surfaces.
Correction:
Immediately call a plumber to repair or replace the hot water tank. Immediately stop the processing of raw proteins and CLOSE the Meat Dept.. Once there is running hot water exiting faucets, contact our office to schedule a follow-up inspection.

Observation:
There is no running hot water exiting faucets as the hot water tank is broken. Staff are unable to wash their hands properly prior to handling food.
Correction:
Immediately call a plumber to repair or replace the hot water tank. Immediately STOP the processing of raw meats and CLOSE the Meat Dept. until running hot water exits faucets.

Note: Fresh meat products no longer offered in any form, meat display units were clean and empty at time of inspection.

General observations:
√ Coolers ≤4°C
√ Food up off floor ≥6”, good stock rotation noted
√ Hand wash stations stocked cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
**Currently there is no hot water in premise, however no processing or repackaging of any food is being done. If you want to start doing any processing or packaging in the future, the hot water tank must be operational
√ General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory
√ No signs of pest infestation noted
√ Staff with FoodSafe (or equivalent) present.
√ No concerns with staff hygiene or food handling noted during inspection
