Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # RHEN-ARZTTC of Oct-10-2017
Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (Front handsink area STILL lacks proper handwash station despite being purchased. Anchor this unit in place (with screws this time) such that it remains in place.
B) Employee washroom sink hot water supply turned off. Faucet leaks when turned on.)
Comments

Handwash station in front now equipped with paper towel dispenser. Employee washroom sink has hot water. Good.
Much clutter removed from hall and storage areas. Some old equipment remains, but at least is better organized.

Area below dishsink including grease trap cover much better. Minimal accumulation of water.
*Flies still noted but much fewer drain flies. Continue to pay extra attention to this area to minimize resultant pest issues.
**Mop sink and surrounding area deteriorating. Will need extra attention to maintain and prevent water accumulation. Degreaser/floor cleaner reservoir empty and needs replacement.
