Note:
- Food Preparation: Re-heating of food items from approved sources.

- Temperature Control: No concerns noted this date. Temperature gauges are to be securely fastened inside all refrigeration units. Monitoring required.
- Mechanical Dishwasher: See Violation Notes.
- Ensure all food contact surfaces are washed and disinfected after use or on a timely manner. (ie: every three hours - tongs/knoives)
- Wiping cloth storage discussed. Limit the amount of cloths stored ontop of work surfaces. Cloths used on food contact surfaces must be stored in a sanitizer at all times. (Sanitizer: 1/2 tsp bleach per litre of water.)
- Food Storage: Ok.
- Sanitary Facilities: Ok.
- Chemical Storage: Ok.
- Staff Hygiene: Discussed.
- Sanitation: See Violation Notes.
- Pest Control: Monitoring required. Fly control discussed.
- Garbage, Recycling and Composting Storage: All items are to be stored in covered, rodent proof containers.
