Exhaust canopy thoroughly cleaned.
Pest control company has applied a spray to all drains to control fruit fly infestation. Significant reduction in fruit fly activity at time of inspection.
Improvement in dishwasing area. No pooling water observed.
Quats diluted to 200ppm.
