- Display cooler for sweets has been serviced and is now maintaining temperatures at 4C - good. Invoice for service was available on-site for review.
- All food items stored in walk-in cooler, prep cooler, and dry storage were properly covered. Please maintain this!
- Cutting board has been replaced
- Dough mixer, grinder, and dry ingredient storage bins have been cleaned and sanitized. Ensure dough mixer and grinder are cleaned and sanitized after each use. Storage bins should be sanitized on a weekly basis.
- All trays are now clean and free of old food debris
- Fridges and freezers have been cleaned and sanitized
- Ventilation canopy baffles have been cleaned and sanitized
- Floors, walls, backsplashes have been cleaned and sanitized
- Garbage bags no longer in use for covering food items
- Walk-in cooler and dry storage area have been reorganized
- Hand sink properly equipped with paper towels and liquid soap
- No new rodent droppings seen at time of inspection. **Monitor daily for new droppings and clean immediately when they appear. **Email all new pest control reports to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca
- General sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection. **Ensure to maintain this level of organization, cleanliness, and sanitation at all times. |
