Comments

The bar is clean and well maintained. The outside bar is currently not being used. Ensure the sanitizer at the bar glass washer is tested daily and recorded on the log sheet (min. 12.5ppm iodine). Ensure staff know how to use the test strips. Bar glass washer sanitizer concentration is satisfactory. Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory.
