Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): [Repeat violation]: Cut watermelons and packaged coleslaw mix were again observed out on carts/tables at room temperature. Photos taken.
Corrective Action(s): Moved to cooler. Ensure cut melons/other chopped fruits and vegetables, as well as any packaged product labeled 'refrigeration required,' are kept in the cooler. Do not leave out at room temperature. This is a final warning - further violations will result in the issuance of violation tickets.
