Routine check of hot meal program offering dinner meals on Mondays.
Cooler is at <4 C/40 F and there is an accurate thermometer available in the cooler. Temperature records are being kept.
Cooking - temperature records are being kept (cooked temperature >74 C/ 165 F) - good. Probe thermometers are available.
No hot holding today during inspection.
Hand washing station has liquid soap and paper towels.
Spray bottles are labelled and contain chlorine sanitizing solution made fresh each Monday.
Commercial dishwasher has a hot water final sanitizing rinse (>180 F at gauge and 71 C / 160 F measured inside of the machine). Check temperature daily.
